Our services are intended for users located in Slovakia (SK) and are governed by the laws of Slovakia. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You agree to notify macrostomatousfc immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. macrostomatousfc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any violation of these Terms or if we believe that your conduct may harm other users or the services. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

Any unauthorized use of the services may result in termination of your access to the services and may also expose you to civil liability or criminal prosecution.

All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of macrostomatousfc or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Domain. Any unauthorized use of the services or its contents may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant macrostomatousfc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights. macrostomatousfc takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User-Generated Content submitted by you or any other user.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, without prior notice.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by law.

Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall macrostomatousfc, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, or assigns be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

In no event shall macrostomatousfc’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, macrostomatousfc’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Domain. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. macrostomatousfc may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
